The academy
Almohtaref Football Academy (SPA)
We train players aged 5 to 16 and develop their skills on the academy's pitches, with coaches who hold FIFA coaching certificates.
Academy training — Amman
Some platforms start with an idea…ALMOHTAREF started with a training whistle
On the academy's pitches — between sessions, assessments and following players season after season — the vision took shape. Technical and management experience, a club and an academy, professional pitches and specialised equipment: together they built knowledge that doesn't come from reports, but from daily contact with the game. Today we turn that knowledge into a platform that makes a player's journey clearer and gives talent the space to be seen as it deserves.
