Data Retention & Deletion Policy

ALMOHTAREF does not retain personal data after the processing purpose ends unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise. Live account/profile/contact data is removed or concealed when no longer needed following verified closure/rights requests. The original Jordanian national ID is not retained in normal operation under the current design; a protected dedup derivative is purpose-limited. Production database backups currently rotate over up to 7 days, and deletion requests must be re-applied after a disaster-recovery restore. Financial/legal records follow mandatory statutory periods. The retention table in this policy sets out the applicable retention periods.
