The controller is Al Mohtarifoon for Swimming Instruction and Children Capacity Development LLC. Depending on use, ALMOHTAREF processes account/contact data, player sporting/profile data, protected identity/dedup material, professional-account authority data, guardian data only when the minor framework is legally activated, interest/service data, payment references, security/technical logs and first-party platform analytics.

Purposes include authentication/security, Player Profile management, duplicate prevention, discovery, management relationships, Interest Requests, requested services, subscriptions/billing, analytics, anti-fraud, support/complaints, legal compliance and assistive AI where enabled.

Where prior consent is required under Jordanian law, it will be explicit/authenticated, purpose- and duration-specific, clear and withdrawable. Processing without prior consent occurs only where permitted by applicable law.

Current infrastructure may include Supabase (database/auth/storage, Production in Frankfurt/EU), Vercel (hosting/compute, Production functions in Frankfurt and global edge delivery) and the enabled transactional email provider such as Resend. Live AI/video/payment processors will not be enabled for user data until appropriately configured and this notice is updated where required.

Data may be processed or stored outside Jordan, including in the EU/Germany. Transfers are handled under applicable Jordanian requirements with required information, consent and safeguards.

National ID, private phone/email, identity documents, guardian details, internal payment records and internal admin notes are not automatically public.

Public self-onboarding for under-18s remains disabled until Guardian Consent standards are legally approved.

Data is retained only for stated purposes or mandatory legal periods. Production backups currently rotate over up to 7 days. The original Jordanian national ID is not retained in normal operation under the current design; a protected derived value is used for duplicate prevention.

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access/copy, correction/update, restriction, withdrawal of consent, objection, erasure/concealment, portability where applicable and complaint handling. Contact privacy@almohtaref.app.

ALMOHTAREF uses role/row-level access controls, least privilege, encryption in transit, secret protection, audit trails, rate limits, backups and controlled private-media delivery.

ALMOHTAREF does not issue autonomous AI talent decisions or Talent Scores.

Marketing consent, if used, is separate and withdrawable.
