Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy does not limit mandatory Jordanian consumer rights. Future subscription renewal may be cancelled; a valid current period normally remains available until expiry, subject to statutory rights and checkout disclosures. One-off services cancelled before work starts receive a full refund except pre-disclosed, actually incurred non-refundable third-party costs. After work starts, a fair unused balance is returned after performed work and disclosed irrecoverable costs. Defective/non-delivered services remain subject to legal remedies. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days.
