These Terms form an agreement between you and Al Mohtarifoon for Swimming Instruction and Children Capacity Development LLC, registration no. 60593, of Amman – Radio and Television Street – Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (English rendering of the owner-provided Arabic address), governing almohtaref.app.

ALMOHTAREF is a football talent-management and discovery platform. Unless separately agreed and legally authorised, it is not a player's agent or legal representative, a party to a player-transfer agreement, an official sporting accreditation body, or a substitute for the Jordan Football Association or any governing body. No trial, contract, transfer, scholarship or professional opportunity is guaranteed.

Self-registration as a Player is currently limited to persons aged 18 or over while public minor onboarding remains legally gated. Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and avoid impersonation.

ALMOHTAREF uses a one-player/one-permanent-Player-ID model. Protected identity material may be used only for duplicate prevention. Private contact, National ID, identity documents and guardian information are not automatically public.

Professional Accounts do not themselves confer any regulatory licence. Account holders must have appropriate authority to manage profiles and rights to uploaded content and must comply with applicable law and sports regulations.

Interest Requests are managed communications, not offers or contracts, and do not automatically disclose private contact information.

Verification is fact/source/measurement-specific. Professional evaluations are attributed opinions. Popularity/activity is not a talent ranking and paid plans do not buy talent status.

Where enabled, AI is assistive only and does not make autonomous talent decisions, Talent Scores, Future Star predictions or guaranteed contract-value predictions.

Users retain ownership of their content and grant ALMOHTAREF only the limited non-exclusive licence required to host, technically process and display it for the requested service and visibility setting. Separate promotional use requires an appropriate lawful basis or consent.

Fraud, impersonation, unauthorised scraping, access-control bypass, public disclosure of sensitive identifiers, infringing content, service disruption, spam, unlawful discrimination and false regulatory claims are prohibited.

Paid/sponsored content is clearly labelled and does not purchase organic ranking, talent assessment or verification. Paid-service price, duration, renewal and material limits are disclosed before purchase.

We may proportionately restrict accounts/content for Terms violations, authority/identity disputes, security risks, legal requirements or player/minor protection.

To the extent permitted by law, ALMOHTAREF is not responsible for independent sporting/contracting decisions or third-party professional opinions. Nothing excludes mandatory Jordanian consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
